RESCUES AND RE-HOMERS
LOOKING TO GO HOME WITH YOU!
First Steps
Prior to adopting a Rescue rabbit, an Adoption Request Form needs to be filled out. Please
E-mail us to get this Adoption Form to continue with adoption. An adoption application will be sent to you once we receive your request. Check your spam folder.
Include in your email, your name, your phone number (this way we can contact you when we send you the application) and if you live far away. We can try to help you find that perfect bunny. If you live far away, and are accepted to adopt, you can likely pick up your bunny on your appointment day.
If a bunny is not showing a bio, that means they are not ready yet, and still in the intake process. You still can adopt them. They just won’t be ready to leave the rescue for 3-7 days.
If a bunny is in pending status, they are already going through an adoption process. If a bunny is on hold, it could be it is showing signs of a sickness, is hurt or has babies, or is on old for a variety of other reasons. You can still adopt but they will have to stay here until we think they are ready for adoption.
All bunnies that leave here do have a 7-day guarantee bunniesrusrabbitry@hotmail.com
All adoption fees run from $30-$160 depending on age, breed and care of the bunny. All fees include starter food, hay and litter and a folder filled with information about your bunny.
We are working hard on getting most of the bunnies spayed/neutered. This is so exciting to add to our new adventure. Getting Bunnies spayed/neutered is a very high cost. Because of this, our adoption prices will also be going up. But this will help you have a better potty trained, happier, and healthier bunny. It depends on what the re-homer pays when dropping a bunny off on what a cost will be for a bunny. Please bear with us if you see adoption prices go up.
Thank you for supporting Bunnies-R-Us Rescue.

He is too old to be neutered and too old to even produce so he is a perfectly perfect little boy. He is little pure breed and was loved. She can be sweet once you hold her, but it takes time to get there. She has not bit, but she lunges and could have that in her if she gets mad enough. She would not be good with kids at all, she needs to go to a home where someone can work with.

This boy is a special boy, and he needs a special home who will love him. HE was found in a ditch and taken to the vet, he had very bad dandruff, so bad his skin was falling off. The skin is slowly growing back and the fur. He just wants you to love, hold him forever. He has a special heart. He doesn’t play much he would rather you love him and just be with you. He would do good in a home who will spend time with him as much as you can. Just a huge lover boy.
He does look a little funny right now but the fur will grow back.
-
Zachary ($100)
American Fuzzy lop, Male
BD: 6.4.20
Weight: 3.5
Zachary came in with Zek, Zachary is full of spunk and just loves to play. He will need to be brushed once a week and he will need a special diet to help the poop sticking to his fur or shaved so he does not have issues. He can not be neutered due to a low heart beat but he would do great with a spayed female. He loves having a partner and seems happier when he is. He will let you hold him. He is very use to kids
-
Zek ($150)
American fuzzy lop, Neutered, male
BD: 2-26-23
Weight: 3.6
Zek is very mellow and a good boy, his hold time is low but is improving. He needs to work on using the litter pan but improving. He just needs some direction. He will need a special diet or will need to be shaved so the poop does not stick on him. If he is brushed once a week or gets a partner this will also help keep him clean. Very use to kids
-
Zoloft ($100)(on hold)
Holland Lop, Female, Rescue
BD: 9-23-21
Weight: 4.3
Varsha, cordelia, Ayla, Glynn and Zoloft are all bonding
When Zoloft came in she was very laid back. But then she started to get sassy. She lived outside and was never held or cared properly for. She has only eaten iceberg lettuce and some hay as her diet. Zoloft is Celia’s mom The girls both are having troubles trusting.
Zoloft is more picker on how you put things in her cage. She is more on the lazy side but she does take treats and food out of your hand like it’s her last. We are working on this. She loves to be held but it takes a little to get her out of the cage. She had an awful life and a terrible diet so she loves to eat. She has a sweet heart but she will need some work before you see it. She might do better with someone who has had bunnies prior

-
Aidan ($100)
Lion head, lop mix, Neutered, Male
BD: 12-17-23
Weight: 7.3
Cinderella, Addison, Aiden and Onyx are bonding together
Aiden is shy and not huge on hugs. He is just a normal bunny. He can be sweet and very content as long as he is with Addison. He doesn’t play much just laid back and lazy. He would be good in a place where he can roam and really shine. He is a big boy and still young so he has a lot to learn and one thing is learn to trust. He is warming up and the more he is worked with the better he will be. He would do better with someone who has had bunnies prior.

Lion Head, male,
BD: 7-7-23

But life got in the way and now they are both here. Mikki seems more shy and doesn’t do much. He will need time to adjust but he can be a sweet boy, but he is more about floor time then being held. we bonded them with Tasha and Marsha the 4 are doing great together and they could go with any pair. mikki and Marsha seem to be bonding more then he was with princess. He is potty trained, he is used to dogs. He would do better in a home where he can just be a floor bunny then a snuggler
-
Millie ($60)
Lion head, female, Rescue
BD: 5-10-24
Weight: 4.3
. She is very shy and timid in the beginning but once she sees you enough she will trust you more and more. She would do better with kids older then 10

He is a little hyper, but he just wants to play and be loved on. He has had no direction in his life. -
Royal ($60)
Possible mini rex mix, male, rescue
BD: 8-8-24
Weight: 5.6
Royal has a damaged ear
Royal is a boy who just wants to play and get love from you. He thrives on seeing you and can’t get enough attention from you. He is sloppy using the litter pan, but he is showing signs of using it more. He was left outside and was attacked my an animal or bird but even with his damaged ear, he is full of love. He would do great in any home that just wants to let him out and play lots of floor time
-
Tinkerbell ($125)
Rex, spayed female
BD: 5-5-24
Weight: 8.8
Tinkerbell is a big baby. She will let you sit with her and pet her all day. She is not huge on being picked up but will let you. She has a big heart and so mellow. We did put her with a few other bunnies and they took her right in, they were all grooming each other and doing great. I do believe she would do better with a mate in the end. She will seem timid at first but she will warm up fast. She would be a great free roamer and very potty trained. Anyone can love this girl
Netherland/Polish Dwarfs
-
Dayzee (Day-Day) $40
Netherland Dwarf, female
BD: 8-8-20
Weight: 2.7
dayday has a very strong personality. She was a very sweet girl that lived with a family who did daycare. She loved the attention and is use to be picking up. But one day this changed. She started to lunge at the kids, and even run after them and try to attack their feet. The family had no clue what changed her into a very sweet girl to one that is aggressive. I am thinking she could use a mate. Because of her size and age I’m not sure if spaying her would help. She would need to be worked with and let her know, her behaviors are not okay. Even though she was great with kids, unsure at this point if she would be. She needs to go to a home who knows how to work with bunnies.
-
Pyrate ($40)(Adopted)
Netherland dwarf, male, Rescue

She still needs a lot of work on trusting but she seems super smart. She was very sloppy on using the litter pan and when I showed her what it was for, she is picking it up fast. She needs to go to home who has bunnies and has time to work with her. She would be a great free roamer and one who can sit with her and love her forever.
-

BD: 11-27-21
Weight: 10.1

Dutch
-
Bun-Bun ($80)
Dutch, Neutered, Male
BD: 10-31-21
Weight: 4.6
Poor Bun-Bun has gone through so much, he was one of my first rescues here, had a home for a few years and since he has been back, he is not the bunny I knew and loved. He was abused at one point and he is having troubles trusting anyone. He has been adopted a few times to try and bond him, but he is aggressive with other bunnies and is showing aggressiveness towards the owners. He really just needs someone who can work with him, for he can be so sweet, he just is so afraid of getting hurt and abused again. He needs to go to a home that has experience and has no other animals.
-
Cinderella ($60)
Dutch, rex, mix, female
BD: 2-1-24
Weight: 5.1

She would do great in any home.
-
Hollander ($100)
Dutch, Neutered, Male
BD: 11-30-23
Weight: 5.1
Hollander is super sweet, but very shy and timid. He came in so scared he was always hiding in a corner. But when I got him he would let me hold him for a long time. He always looked depressed so I put him with Chloe and now the two are shining. They are both using the litter pan, and do really good together. It has calmed Chloe down and making her more lovable too. I would highly suggest keeping the two together.
Chloe and Hollander are bonded
Satin
-
Enzo ($100)
Satin Mix, Male, Rescue
BD: 11-9-24
Weight: 4.0
Enzo, Wyatt and Noah are brothers. They are all from the wild and have never been held. They are still learning to trust people and are very scared. They will run from you, but the more you work with them the better they will be. They are so sweet once you catch them, but they will need extra love to grow into a good bunny. They would do better in a home with less noise at this point in time, this could chance as they grow
-
Glynn ($125)
Satin, Neutered, Male
BD: 3-3-24
Weight: 6.6
Varsha, cordelia, Ayla, Glynn and Zoloft are all bonding

-
Grace ($80)
Possible Satin, Female, Rescue
BD: 9-24-24
Weight: 5.4
Grace is a sweetheart, she is a little on the shy side, but once you have her she will let you hold her for awhile. The older she is getting the sweeter she is. She has potty trained herself and she really loves males. I would love to see her get spayed and have a mate. She is kid friendly. But she is a very good girl who came from a hoarding situation and all she wants is love
-
Graceland ($80)
Possible Satin, Female, Rescue
BD: 9-7-24
Weight: 5.5
Graceland is bonding with Grace.
Graceland is very shy and was hiding behind her sister Grace. We separated them to help her grow on her own. She is slowly coming out of her shell. She is shy but a sweetheart. She came from a hoarding situation and just wants to be loved.
-
Logan ($125)
Satin, Neutered, Male, Rescue
BD: 9-24-24
Weight: 5.0
Logan is a very laid back boy, he is very content in his cage. He is very shy but will let you hold him, once you get him. We had him with Twister but twister kept him in back so now that we split them up, Logan is starting to shine. He uses the litter pan pretty good. and he came from a hoarding situation and just wants to be loved. He really deserves a good home
